As a general rule, dinner and breakfast are included.
We'll serve a meal at the restaurant.
A traditional Japanese multi-course “Kaiseki” meal that incorporates elements of Western dishes into local cuisine using mountain-based products. It allows our guests to experience the abundance that the Aso are provides.
Our chef gives great consideration to preparing a healthy menu that uses fresh vegetables.
From High Beef, to Aso Chicken, to raw horse sashimi that melts in our mouth, we encourage guests to enjoy the excellent gourmet fare provided by the Aso area.

Dinner

"Higo Beef" and free range chicken

Japanese beef produced in Kumamoto Prefecture, commonly known as the “Japanese Brown" breed.
Guests can enjoy the delicious flavors of ceramic grill-prepared meat.
This free range chicken is like none that you’ve eaten before. The meat’s incredible quality sets it apart.

Sake
日本酒

Sake is a Japanese rice wine.
It has been enjoyed in Japan for a long time.
You can drink it hot or cold.
Its alcohol content is about 15%.

Shochu
焼酎

Shochu is a Japanese vodka made from rice, barley, or sweet potato.
Sake is fermented, but shochu is distilled.
Shochu has an alcohol content of about 25 to 45%.
It is normally mixed with hot or cold water.

Caution

The fundamental concept regarding the Ryokan Guest Charge System is based on a per person charge with two meals (dinner + breakfast) within the capacity of 2~8 guests in a room.
